The Regal 28 Express is powered by a Mercruiser engine with 541 hours from new – New engine long block and water circulation pump installed April 2026 and new batteries plus new manifolds and elbows also fitted in 2024. The boat has also had bellows replaced along with a new starter motor, spark plugs, distributor cap and water pump, the boat has been well looked after and cared for, even since being ashore here in Plymouth her current owners regularly clean and freshen up the boat to keep her in great condition along with new anti-foul and anodes she is a great shape for this season.

The cockpit / helm is accessed via steps leading up from the bathing platform on the port side. There is a table with twin bench seats at the rear of cockpit, the rear bench seats fold forward to make a sun pad facing to the stern of the boat. You will also find a sink and space for a cool box, a chaise lounge seating area and the helm with full engine instrumentation and navigational aids.
Access to the foredeck is gained via moulded steps leading up through a split windscreen.
The main cabin is three steps down from the helm-cockpit takes you to the galley/saloon. The galley can be found on the starboard side, here you have a microwave oven, an electric hob, a sink with pressurised hot and cold water, a fridge, and storage space.
Heads – opposite the galley is the heads, this offers an electric head, sink with pull-out shower head for handheld and ceiling shower option, shower drainage in the floor, vanity mirror, and storage cupboard.
Forward Dinette – a large V-shaped seating area with a table, escape hatch above, and 12v lighting; you have an infill to convert this area into a double berth.
Mid Berth – underneath the helm position and cockpit you have a large double berth.
